I stayed for 1 night in a Small Double Room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the simple breakfast and the availability of free coffee and tea all day. The hotel is centrally located. A great value for my money 😊

The hotel is fabulous, with magnificent views, magnificent location close to the old town center. The staff are supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating, managed the parking on the street. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Favourable location to the restaurant for keys made it easy to get to key attractions. The staff were pretty friendly throughout 1 day of our stay. Booked a room with sofa.

The hotel was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the railway station, making it easy to explore Odense.
The small double room was cramped, with limited space for maneuvering and managing luggage.

The room was a decent size, reasonably priced and with single bed, a pretty dated style, a great view. I had satisfactory breakfasts with several options available, bread rolls, various types of bread. The whole staff was really friendly.

Dude, this place was totally chill! We like, walked to the Andersen house in less than 5 minutes, so convenient! The free coffee was a lifesaver and, oh my gosh, the breakfast spread was surprisingly delish! Heads up, though-parking was a bit of a puzzle for our ride.

The breakfast was nice. The Lounge and games room were pleasant to use. It was clean and comfortable and all the staff were very polite. The free internet was good.
The look of the shower room was not up-to-standard. There was a bad smell/odour coming from the drains in the bathroom. The hotel was very hot and as it was so hot, we felt a free drink of water would have been greatly appreciated as would tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms. The drinks machine downstairs for all guests was also broken throughout our stay.

The staff were very nice and very helpful. The breakfast included was very good and very plentiful in a very nice setting.
It is what it is, but I just can't get used to the European showers that go directly on the floor of the bathroom, but it's not a major deterrent.

Average Hotel. Our room overlooked the car park but was very clean.
There was no wardrobe, just a rail with a couple of hangers, and there were no drawers so a lot of our clothes stayed in the suitcase. A room safe would have been nice. Breakfast was ok but choice was very limited, no hot food at all, no croissants, but if you are happy with bread and cheese or ham you will be fine! Expensive for what it was, stayed in a nicer Hotel in Copenhagen the same week with better facilities and bigger breakfast choice for almost the same price.

The place is very central (Odense city centre is quite compact), and the hotel is good, clean and staff was kind. I would recommend the breakfast buffet if you need to eat gluten-free: the lady prepared home-made gluten- free bread. Awesome!

Small room sizes could be more accommodating!!! Limited parking space is a hassle for larger vehicles!!! Noise from traffic outside can disrupt sleep during warmer nights!!! Outdated decor in some rooms deserves a refresh!!!
